The house is approximately 198 square metres and consists of 2 large lounges, a fully fitted kitchen with utility room leading off it, and then a very large courtyard approximately 9x3 metres with another utility room off the courtyard, this is all the downstairs area with a door giving access to the back area via neighbours back yard, the courtyard is partly open to the sky to enable plants etc in pots.
